Important conditions for mobile massage appointments.

1. Booking requests
Submitting the online form does not create a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when the booking team agrees the therapist, date, time, location, treatment, price and arrival window.
2. Prices, offers and travel
Displayed prices are starting prices. Offers are subject to eligibility and availability. Travel, parking, congestion, late-hour, extended-duration or event charges may apply and are agreed before confirmation.
3. Arrival estimates
GPS and postcode estimates are calculated from a configurable Central London reference point. They are indicative planning information, not live therapist tracking, a dispatch confirmation or a guaranteed arrival time.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at confirmation. Late cancellations, no-shows, inability to access the location or unsafe conditions may be chargeable.
5. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and access details, a safe and private treatment space, adequate room for equipment and relevant information that could affect treatment suitability. Hotel guests are responsible for checking visitor policies.
6. Health and suitability
Massage is not medical diagnosis or treatment. You must disclose relevant conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication or medical advice. A therapist may modify, postpone or decline treatment where it may be unsafe.
7. Professional conduct and boundaries
This is a strictly professional wellbeing service. Sexual services are not offered. Inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or sexual behaviour or requests result in immediate termination and may be reported. Charges may remain payable where an appointment is ended because of customer conduct.
8. Therapist profiles
The operator is responsible for ensuring published names, ages, photographs, specialties and availability are accurate and used with consent. Template sample profiles must not be represented as real staff.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, missed appointments caused by inaccurate information, external map or routing errors, or events outside reasonable control.
