A therapist may leave immediately if the environment or conduct is unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated or inappropriate.
Provide the correct address, postcode, room, reception, parking and access information. The therapist must be able to enter and leave safely.
Share relevant conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery or symptoms that could make massage unsuitable. Medical clearance may be required.
Client information is shared only as needed to arrange and deliver the service. Optional GPS and anonymous activity consent remain under the client’s control.
