1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, appointment preferences, chosen service and therapist, service address, postcode, booking notes, enquiries, booking status and technical security information required to operate the website.
3. Optional location information
When you choose “Use my current location”, your browser asks permission before sharing latitude and longitude. When you choose postcode estimation, an external geocoding service processes the postcode entered. Route calculation uses an external routing service. The resulting coordinates, route distance and indicative arrival estimate may be stored with the booking request to support dispatch planning. You may continue without sharing GPS.
4. Health-related information
Where you voluntarily provide relevant health information for treatment safety, it is used only to assess suitability and personalise the appointment. Avoid submitting information that is not necessary for the service.
5. Anonymous booking activity
The booking form includes a separate optional consent box. Only when selected may the website display an anonymous message using a broad London area and requested therapist. It never displays the customer name, phone, email, exact postcode or address.
6. How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess service coverage, estimate travel, arrange and administer appointments, communicate updates, maintain records, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing and processors
Information may be shared with the assigned therapist and essential service providers where required to operate the website, email, hosting, maps or routing. We do not sell personal information. Before launch, the operator should list its actual hosting, email, analytics and messaging providers here.
8. Retention
Booking and enquiry information should be retained only as long as required for customer service, safety, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. The administrator is responsible for defining and applying retention periods.
9. Your rights
Depending on UK data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. Security
The website uses administrator authentication, password hashing, session protection, CSRF protection and prepared database queries. No website can guarantee absolute security, and the operator must maintain secure hosting, HTTPS, software updates and strong credentials.
